All our products come with wind ratings in accordance to the European standard. Your Account Manager will guide you on what these are for each product you are looking at. For outdoor structures that are fully enclosed with screens or glass, the structure becomes like a building as there is no uplift.
Broadview can install bespoke fire doors to your outdoor structures in accordance to regulations. For large spaces, your local Building Control officer will be able to guide you.
Yes, all of our products come with LED lighting and patio heater options.
Installations vary dramatically from product to product. Awnings usually take a few hours, where as any ground sleeved products or outdoor structures can take 2 installations and last up to a week.
All of our outdoor structures and awnings are controlled with market leading Somfy motors (accept manual awning under 6m). They can be closed in a matter of seconds.
We work with a local fabricator to create goal post frames. These frames can sit flush to the building but not actually interfere with the structural walls at all. This makes a great solution for clients with restrictions of this nature.

In-house we produce 2d elevation and floor plan drawings for design purposes or contractors. We do partner with some amazing innovative companies who can produce 3D visuals and videos with are POA.
We are happy to take a holding deposit to secure the offer price and install when you are ready.
