Broadview joins forces with motocross rider Jude Morris

Broadview Shading Solutions has recently sponsored Jude Morris, an aspiring motocross rider from Corfe Castle, Dorset.

Only thirteen years old, Jude approached the director of Broadview Ian Pratt for Broadview’s support in his future in motocross racing. The up and coming athlete hopes to achieve his dream of becoming recognized nationally for his motoring talent, and with Broadview’s help, we hope to make his dream a reality. 

Jude started his competitive motocross riding career at just ten years old, taking part in competitions for Ringwood Motocross Club and placed 6th overall, then in his second season placed 4th. It was in 2016 when Jude started working with coach and ex-professional racer Rikki Priest and one year later he joined the talented Rikki Priest Race team. Last year he was only beaten in three races all season, winning him an award for the most races won by his team. 

2018 will be a promising year for Jude as he is joining the RMJ Academy who coaches some of the top motocross athletes in the UK and Europe. His determination and hard work has paid off and he will be moving into the 85cc Big Wheel class division, which is one of the most competitive classes in the motocross field. Jude is excited to be competing in this years 2018 MX Nationals and the Bridgestone Nationals, in his new division and Broadview wish him best for his promising career. 

The sponsorship was an easy decision for Broadview’s director as Ian himself has a motocross rider career and was an ex-Junior MX Championship contender and Evo rider. 

Ian explained, “Having been an ex British Junior MX Championship contender myself and later international Evo rider, I recognise that future sporting professionals need a lot of support if they are to realise their dream of being a professional.”
